IronAI

IronAI

IronAI is a conversational option for Irontech Doll and Real Lady models, built into the doll's head at the factory. It launched in February 2026 and is available on Irontech Doll and Real Lady heads. On our site it is listed as the AI Voice Box option. This page covers how it works, what you need to run it, what it costs after purchase, and where its limits are.

What Sits Inside the Head

The module, with its speaker and microphone, is housed in a cavity in the upper part of the head, under the wig. If you choose implanted hair, it goes into the back of the neck instead. Nothing is visible from the outside, and there are no cables. Earlier AI options from other brands relied on an external unit that hung around the neck or sat next to the doll. IronAI has nothing of the kind.

The module runs on its own rechargeable 1200 mAh battery, which, according to Irontech, is good for up to three hours of continuous conversation on a single charge. It charges separately from everything else in the doll. Charging instructions ship with the doll.

How a Conversation Starts and Ends

There is no wake word and no button. You gently nod the head and the doll starts listening. When you stop talking to her, she goes to sleep on her own and wakes up the next time the head moves.

Processing happens in the cloud, so the module needs Wi-Fi to answer out loud. On a weak signal, replies can arrive with a two to three second delay or cut off.

What It Can Do

  • Hold a normal conversation and respond to what was said earlier, rather than playing back canned phrases.
  • Remember your name, habits, and preferences, and come back to past conversations.
  • React to emotions, joke, flirt, and write short poems, messages, and greetings.
  • Speak six languages: English, Chinese, French, Italian, German, and Spanish.
  • Continue the same conversation by text in the app when you are away from the doll, with history synced both ways.

Each doll has a fixed personality and backstory set by Irontech. The voice is tied to that character. You cannot pick a different voice for the same head.

IronAI is a voice feature only. It does not move the doll and does not control heating or any other option.

The Dollia App

The module is managed through the Dollia App, available on the App Store and Google Play. The app interface is in English.

You need the app once, to connect the module to your home Wi-Fi and link it to your account. After that, you do not need to keep the app open for voice conversations. The app also handles text chat, buying and switching subscriptions, resetting the doll's memory, and firmware updates for the module.

Pairing is one to one: the doll is tied to your account only. Irontech states that each doll runs in its own isolated AI environment, conversations and memory are stored in your account rather than in the module, and the data is encrypted and not connected to any public platforms.

What It Costs After Purchase

The hardware is included in the price of the option. Voice time is a separate subscription, paid to Irontech Doll through the Dollia App. Every new account starts on the Free plan, which includes a one-time trial pack of 15 voice minutes. After that, you need a paid plan to keep talking.

Quarterly billing works out roughly 20% cheaper than monthly, and yearly roughly 35% cheaper. Unused minutes expire at the end of the month. Extra minutes can be bought at any time without changing your plan. Long-term memory is what lets the doll remember you between conversations: on the Free plan she only holds the current chat. Saved messages are a favorites list in the app for the lines you want to keep. The subscription renews automatically until you cancel it. Plans and prices are set by Irontech and may change, so check the app for the current list.

Compatibility and Ordering Rules

  • IronAI is a head option. If you choose implanted hair, the module is installed in the upper part of the neck.
  • The module is installed at the factory and ships with the doll. It cannot be bought separately for a doll you already own, and it cannot be moved to another head.
  • If you order the IronAI Bionic VaginaX module, the talking function is included with it.

What to Have Ready at Home

  • Wi-Fi that reaches the room where the doll is kept.
  • A phone with the Dollia App and an account in it.
  • A charging routine: the battery lasts up to three hours of conversation, so with daily use the module will need regular charging.
Does it work without internet?

Voice conversation does not. Text chat in the app works offline and syncs with the doll the next time she connects.

Can I add IronAI later?

No. The cavity and the module are made at the factory.

Does the doll talk while other features are running?

IronAI is independent of the other options. The one exception is Bionic VaginaX: it has its own built-in voice feedback, and the AI chat pauses while it is active.

Is the subscription mandatory?

Without a paid plan, you get 15 trial voice minutes and 50 text messages per day. Once the trial minutes run out, voice conversation stops until a plan is activated.

Who can see my conversations?

According to Irontech, no one but you. The doll is tied to your account only, and the data is encrypted and not shared with other users or public platforms.

Is It Worth Adding

IronAI makes sense if you want a doll that talks and remembers you, and you are ready for two practical things: charging the module and paying Irontech a monthly subscription for talk time. If you are not sure you will use the conversation feature regularly, it is the subscription you need to weigh, not the price of the option. If all you want is a realistic silicone doll with a good head and body, you do not need this option.
