Deflated Breasts Repair AB Gel is a 200 ml Irontech gel for repairing gel breast and gel butt implants after accidental damage. Damage to a gel implant is rare, but it can happen, and this is the gel Irontech makes for that repair.

What it does

Gel breasts and gel butt implants hold a soft gel that gives them their weight and movement. When an implant has lost gel after damage and looks deflated, this gel is used to restore it. The "AB" in the name refers to a gel supplied as two parts, A and B.

Restoring gel and repairing skin are different jobs. Adding gel does not close a tear in the outer skin, which needs a repair glue made for your doll's material, and an implant that keeps losing gel needs the cause found before it is refilled.

Which dolls it suits

It is for dolls with gel breast or gel butt implants. We offer it with Irontech Doll, Real Lady and Sigafun dolls. If your doll has no gel implants, you do not need it.
