Frequently Asked Questions
We offer standard and expedited shipping options depending on the destination and manufacturer. Every order is packed in a plain outer box with no product description on the outside, so the shipment stays discreet in transit. You can read more on our Delivery Page
Because these products are intimate items, we cannot accept returns for change-of-mind purchases. If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect, contact us right away and we will review the issue for replacement or refund support under our policy. Full details are on our Return Policy
We work directly with established factories and avoid layers of reseller markup. That lets us keep pricing more competitive while still focusing on authentic models, clear communication and order support
Most models are produced in either medical-grade TPE or silicone. Both materials are chosen for realism, softness and durability, with silicone usually offering easier maintenance and TPE often providing a lower entry price
Routine care includes cleaning intimate areas after use, drying thoroughly, dusting with renewal powder when needed and storing the doll in a safe position away from heat and direct sunlight. For a full walkthrough, see our Cleaning and Caring guide
Some setup may be required depending on the model and how it was packed for transit. We recommend checking our complete setup guide before your order arrives so you know what to expect and how to handle the doll safely
If there is a manufacturing problem present on arrival or before first use, contact us as soon as possible with photos and order details. We will review the case with the factory and help you through the next steps under the applicable warranty terms
