For your convenience, we provide you with multiple options to stay in control of the delivery process:
Self-Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number, a link to the Transport Company's webpage, and instructions on how to track your package independently.
Account Order Page: You can view the live status of your order at any time by visiting your account page at Orders Page. Every stage of your order, from processing through to delivery, is updated in real time, so you always have a clear overview without needing to check your inbox.
Leeloo - Doll Tracker: Our dedicated delivery notification and tracking system ensures you stay informed every step of the way. Once you place your order, we will promptly update you via email on the progress of your delivery.
Here's a breakdown of the stages:
Stage 1 - Processing
As soon as we receive your order, we will send a confirmation email to you. Within 24 hours, we will process your order, prepare the technical specification for the factory, and send your doll off to production. After the factory has started producing your doll, you will receive a notification via email.
This takes:
Up to 24 hours
Stage 2 - Manufacturing
The manufacturing of the main components of the doll includes preparing the materials, creating the body and head, followed by casting and drying processes. Once this fundamental stage of the doll’s production has been completed, you will be notified via email.
On average, Manufacturing takes:
TPE dolls: 7 - 10 days
Silicone dolls: 14 - 20 days
Stage 3 - Post-Processing
At this point in the process, the doll receives its final touches. Artists meticulously apply makeup, define shadows, and add intricate details by hand. Once this is complete, the doll is ready to be packaged and dispatched. You will receive an email notification as soon as this last stage of the doll's production is finished.
On average, Post-Processing takes:
TPE dolls: 3 - 7 days
Silicone dolls: 7 - 14 days
All stages of production (Manufacturing and Post-Processing) takes:
TPE dolls: 7 - 14 days
Silicone dolls: 14 - 30 days
Stage 4 - Awaiting Client Approval
Once your doll is ready, we will send you photos and videos for your confirmation via email. Only after you confirm that the produced doll meets your expectations, we proceed with shipping.
- If you are satisfied: Simply click the "Approve" button. With your approval and we will arrange shipment immediately.
- If you would like adjustments: Simply click "Reject" button and add a comment. We will review the comments and we will work with the factory to address your concerns before shipping.
- If the doll does not meet your expectations: Click the "Reject" button and add a comment. We will get in touch and do our best to find a resolution. Our goal is for you to be completely happy with your order before it leaves the factory.
Stage 5 - Shipping
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive via email a tracking number, a link to the Transport Company's webpage, and instructions on how to track your package independently.
Doll Orders: Due to the nature of international delivery, the tracking number may only start showing the current status of your parcel once it arrives in your country (after clearing customs). If you have any questions about delivery, please don't hesitate to ask us through any convenient channel (email, website chat, or WhatsApp). Should there be any delays in delivery for whatever reason (this is rare, but does occasionally happen), we'll notify you well in advance.
Stage 6 - Delivered
After customs clearance, your order will be handed over to the courier for delivery. You will receive an email notification with the delivery details.
Delay Policy
While we always aim to meet the production and delivery timeframes listed above, occasional delays can occur due to factors such as high production volumes, quality control requirements, or international shipping conditions. In the unlikely event that your order is delayed beyond the stated timeframe, we will contact you proactively with a full update and a revised estimated timeline. You will never be left wondering, keeping you informed is our priority. Changes to your order are possible up until your doll has entered the manufacturing stage, which typically begins within 24–48 hours of placing your order. That said, certain customisations such as hair style, eye colour, and nail colour may still be possible at a later stage, as these are applied during post-processing. Regardless of when you realise you'd like a change, we always encourage you to contact us as soon as possible via email, website chat, or WhatsApp, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

If you would like adjustments, let us know what needs to be changed and we will work with the factory to address your concerns before shipping. No, all customs and import duties are handled by us and you will not be required to pay anything extra.
