The exact delivery timeframe for your order depends on several factors, including the doll brand, production complexity, destination country, courier, and customs processing. Because our products are made to order, delivery is a multi-stage process rather than a simple shipment.

To keep you fully informed at every step, we manage the entire process personally and communicate progress clearly from production through to final delivery.

 

How other stores do it

Many other stores provide a tracking number and a link to the shipping company, allowing you to independently monitor your order's progress and stay informed about possible delays.

 

How Our Delivery Process Works

Unlike many stores that simply issue a tracking number and leave the rest to the courier, we actively oversee the journey of your order from start to finish.

 

Our approach:

  • We monitor production, quality control, shipping, and customs clearance

  • You receive email updates at each key milestone

  • If any delay or issue occurs, you hear from us first, not the courier

Once your doll has completed production, we provide detailed photos and videos of your exact doll.
Shipping only proceeds after you confirm that the doll matches your agreed specifications and enhancements.

 

Manufacturing Timeframes (Estimated)

All dolls are handmade and produced individually.

  • TPE dolls: 15 – 20 business days

  • Silicone dolls: 25 – 30 business days

These timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on factory workload, model complexity, and seasonal demand.

 

Delivery Timeframes (Estimated)

Delivery time begins after dispatch, not after payment.

 

Express Shipping

  • 7 – 21 days

 

Free Standard Shipping

  • 30 – 45 days

 

Other Countries

  • 14 – 45 days, depending on location and customs procedures

 

Important notice:
All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery dates. Delays may occur due to production queues, customs processing, courier delays, holidays, peak seasons, or events beyond our control.

 

Tracking Your Order

We provide full tracking from dispatch to delivery. 

We ship using reputable international courier services such as **UPS**, **FedEx**, or equivalent regional logistics partners, depending on destination and availability.

Once your order is handed to the courier, you may be able to manage delivery preferences (such as rescheduling or providing delivery instructions) directly through the courier’s tracking portal where available.
 

Once your doll has shipped:

  • A tracking number is typically issued within 3–5 business days

  • Tracking may pause while the shipment is in transit between countries

  • Updates resume once the package reaches the destination region

 

You will receive tracking details by email, and you can follow the journey until delivery.

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

For most destinations, customs clearance and import duties are prepaid and handled by us, meaning no additional charges are required upon delivery.

In rare cases where local regulations prevent prepayment of import charges:

  • We will assist you through the process

  • We will communicate clearly and in advance

  • We will work to minimise inconvenience and delays

Please note that customs procedures are governed by local authorities and may vary by country.

Receiving Your Order

Upon receiving the doll, we strongly advise conducting a thorough inspection to identify any potential defects.

Here are the recommended steps for inspection:

  • After the courier delivers your order, promptly capture a photograph of the box. If any signs of damage are evident, ensure to document it accordingly. It's important to note that any damage to the box does not necessarily indicate damage to the doll itself, as an additional protective frame is present inside.
  • Once you unpack the doll, meticulously examine it from all angles.
  • Check the surface of the material for any signs of damage.
  • Gently flex the doll's limbs, paying close attention to the flexibility of the joints and their correct positioning.

Should you discover any issues or damages with your doll, please refer to the Returns & Refunds section for further assistance.

Important:
Any damage or defect must be reported within 48 hours of delivery and supported by clear photo or video evidence, including evidence of the unboxing process.

 

What If My Order Is Delayed?

Delays are rare, but if one occurs:

  • We will investigate the issue directly with the courier or customs authority

  • We will keep you informed with timely updates

  • We will work proactively to resolve the situation as quickly as possible

Delivery delays alone do not constitute grounds for cancellation or refund unless otherwise stated in our Returns & Refunds Policy.

 

Delivery Responsibilities

Please ensure:

  • Your delivery address and contact details are accurate

  • You are reachable by phone during the delivery window

  • You follow courier instructions if re-delivery needs to be arranged

If delivery fails due to incorrect details or unavailability, delays or additional courier handling may occur.

We take your privacy seriously.

  • All orders are shipped in plain, unbranded packaging

  • There are no external indicators of the contents

  • Couriers are not informed of the nature of the product
